Website Terms of Use

Last updated

These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the terms of any paid engagement with us: if you become a client, the work is governed by a separate written agreement, and where that agreement and these terms conflict, that agreement takes precedence. By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

  1. 1 Who we are

This website is operated by Digital Done Group Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under number 13081100, with its office at The Mill, Lodge Lane, Derby, DE1 3HB. You can reach us at [email protected] or on 01332 805527. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean that company.

  2. 2 Using this website

You may read, browse, print and download pages from this site for your own use or to evaluate whether to work with us. You do not need permission to link to our home page or to share a page with a colleague or client. What we ask you not to do is narrower than a blanket prohibition, and each item below exists because it would cause real harm.

    • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site, the server it runs on, or any system connected to it, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written agreement.
    • Do not introduce malware, or attempt to disrupt or overload the site or its infrastructure.
    • Do not use automated systems to scrape the site in a way that degrades it for other people, or to harvest personal data from it.
    • Do not use our enquiry form to send unsolicited marketing, abusive content, or anything unlawful.
    • Do not present our content as your own, or use it in a way that implies we endorse you or have worked with you when we have not.
  3. 3 Intellectual property

The design, text, images, code and structure of this website belong to us or to our licensors, and are protected by copyright and other rights. Our name, logo and branding are ours. You may not copy, republish or reuse them commercially without our written consent.

  4. 4 Who owns work we produce for clients

This is deliberately separate from the clause above, because the two are often conflated to the client’s disadvantage. The paragraph above covers this website. It does not mean that work we produce for a paying client belongs to us. Ownership of deliverables, and of any licence to the platforms and tools we build on, is set out in the written agreement for that engagement, not here. If you are a client or a prospective client and you want to know exactly what you will own at the end of a project, ask us and we will tell you before you commit to anything.

  5. 5 Our case studies and client names

The client names, project descriptions and quotations on this site are published with the agreement of the businesses concerned. Those businesses own their own names, logos and trade marks, and nothing on this site grants you any right to use them. If you are one of those clients and you want something changed or removed, contact us and we will act on it.

  6. 6 Accuracy of what you read here

We take care that the information on this site is correct and current, but it is provided for general information. It describes what we do and how we work, and it is not professional, technical or legal advice for your particular situation. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for a business decision. Speak to us, or take appropriate advice, before committing to anything. Delivery timescales, capabilities and examples described on this site are indicative and are not a contractual commitment unless they appear in a written agreement between us.

  7. 7 Availability of this site

We aim to keep this website available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of it without notice. This is a marketing website, so no service level applies to it. Service levels for systems we host for clients are a matter for the relevant agreement.

  8. 9 Our liability to you

This clause is written to be enforceable rather than to exclude everything, because a clause that goes too far is simply void and then protects nobody. So we say plainly what we do not and cannot exclude.

    • Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
    • If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
    • Subject to the above, we are not liable for business losses arising from your use of this website, including loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or anticipated savings, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
    • We are not liable for loss or damage caused by a virus or other harmful material that you encounter through this site, or by a failure of the internet or of your own equipment, except to the extent it results from our failure to take reasonable care.
    • Liability arising from a paid engagement is governed by the agreement for that engagement, not by this page.
  9. 10 Suspending access

If someone uses this site in a way that breaches the section on using this website, particularly an attack on the site or its infrastructure, we may block their access and, where the conduct is unlawful, report it and cooperate with the police or a regulator. We will not restrict access simply because someone has criticised us.

  10. 11 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, and the version on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies. The date of the last change is shown above. We will not apply a change retrospectively to something you did before it was made. These terms were last updated on 2 September 2026.

  11. 12 Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.

  12. 13 Complaints

If you are unhappy with anything on this site or with how we have dealt with you, email [email protected] or call 01332 805527. We would rather hear from you directly and put it right than have you go elsewhere with it.
